The short version. This website describes services Aevora intends to offer once it is licensed. Joining the founding family list is free, commits you to nothing, and is not a contract for care. We are not licensed yet and are not accepting clients or payment.
What this website is
A description of services Aevora Healthcare LLC plans to offer in ten Georgia counties, and a way to join a list of families who want to be told when we open. It is marketing and education. It is not an offer of care, and using it does not make you a client.
License status
Aevora Healthcare LLC has applied for a private home care provider license with the Georgia Department of Community Health. Until that license is issued we will not schedule visits, accept clients, or take payment. Everything described on this site is what we intend to provide once licensed, and remains subject to that license being granted.
This is not medical advice
The guides, checklists and questions we publish are general information for families. They are not medical advice, they are not a diagnosis, and they are not a substitute for a clinician who knows the person you are caring for. If someone has emergency symptoms, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. Do not wait for us.
The founding list
- Joining is free. There is no card, no deposit, and no obligation.
- Joining does not reserve care, guarantee availability, or guarantee that we will accept someone clinically.
- We may contact you by email. We will only text you if you separately asked us to.
- You can leave at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.
The founding rate
Everyone who joins the founding family list before Aevora opens will hold the prices published on this site for twelve months from the day their service begins. This is subject to:
- Aevora being licensed and operating in your area;
- capacity, service area and clinical appropriateness;
- third-party costs, such as monitoring devices and medical supplies, which are not included;
- the final terms sent to you before service begins.
The founding list closes when we are licensed and open for service. After that, the prices then published are the prices. We will say so on this site rather than continue to imply the founding offer is open.
Prices
Prices shown are current intentions and may change before we open, which is exactly why the founding rate exists. We will never suggest that Medicare, Medicaid or any insurer will reimburse our private-pay services. We can help you assemble documentation for a long-term care insurance claim; whether a carrier pays is entirely the carrier's decision.
Your information
Covered by our privacy policy. In short: we do not sell it, and we never send care-need information to advertising platforms.
Accuracy
We try to keep this site accurate and we correct mistakes when we find them. Sample documents shown on the site are illustrative and do not describe any real person. Workflow examples describe how our software is designed to work; AevoraOS is in testing ahead of launch and details may change.
Limits
This site is provided as it is. To the extent Georgia law allows, Aevora Healthcare LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or the general information on it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
