Privacy policy

This policy covers aevorahealthcare.com and the founding family list. It is written to be read, not to be survived. If anything here is unclear, email privacy@aevorahealthcare.com and a person will answer.

The short version. We collect what you type into the founding-list form and nothing else. We do not sell it, share it, or hand it to a lead broker. We never send what you tell us about care needs to Facebook, Google, or any advertising platform. You can have it all deleted by asking.

Who we are

Aevora Healthcare LLC, a Georgia limited liability company, 1372 Peachtree St NE, Ste 339, Atlanta, GA 30309.

We are not yet licensed. Our application for a Georgia private home care provider license is pending with the Department of Community Health. We are not delivering care, and this website does not create a care relationship.

What we collect

Step one of the form: first name, email address, ZIP code.
Step two, which is optional: last name, phone number, who care might be for, what kind of support might be needed, when it might be needed, whether you have seen our published prices, and how you prefer to be contacted.
Automatically: the page you arrived on, the site that referred you, any campaign tags in the link you clicked, your IP address, and your browser type. IP address and browser are recorded alongside your consent so we can show when and how permission was given.

Please do not send us medical details. The form is not a secure clinical channel and we do not want diagnoses, medications, or clinical history at this stage. If you send them anyway, we will delete them.

Why we collect it

To send you the guide you asked for and a short monthly note on our licensing progress.
To tell you whether you are inside the ten counties we have applied to serve, and roughly when we expect to reach your area.
To plan where to build nursing capacity first.

We process this because you asked us to. You gave consent when you submitted the form, and you can take it back at any time.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. Not to anyone, at any price.
We do not share it with lead brokers, referral networks, or other agencies.
We do not send anything you tell us about care needs to advertising platforms. Where an advertising platform records that a visit resulted in a sign-up, it receives that fact and nothing else. No care selection, no ZIP tied to a need, nothing about anyone's health.
We do not use session-recording tools on any page containing a form.
We do not run advertising trackers that read what you typed.

Who else touches the data

Two service providers, both acting on our instructions:

Cloudflare hosts this site and the database that stores your record.
Twilio SendGrid delivers our email. Our emails record whether they were opened and whether links were clicked, so we can tell whether the guide arrived and is useful.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or until it is clear the founding list has served its purpose. If you unsubscribe we keep a record of your email address on a suppression list so that we do not email you again by mistake. That record exists to honour your choice, not to market to you.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from any email. The link is in every one and it works immediately.
Ask for a copy of everything we hold about you.
Ask us to correct or delete it. We will do it and confirm when it is done.

Text messages

We only text you if you separately tick the box asking us to. Email consent is not text consent. Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS. Your record is stored in a database that is not publicly reachable, and access is limited to people who need it. No system is perfect, and we will not claim otherwise.

HIPAA

HIPAA applies to healthcare providers who deliver and bill for care. Aevora is not yet delivering care, so this website is not covered by HIPAA, and we would rather say that plainly than imply a protection that does not yet apply. We have built this site to the standard we will need when it does. When we begin delivering care, clinical information will be held in our clinical system under HIPAA safeguards, not in this waiting list.

Children

This site is for adults arranging care. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy we will change the date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use information you have already given us, we will email you before it takes effect.
